karmaṇy-evādhikāras te mā phaleṣhu kadāchana
mā karma-phala-hetur bhūr mā te saṅgo ’stvakarmaṇi

Lesson 2: THERE IS ALWAYS A CAUSE OR A REASON OF ALL THAT HAPPENS

Whatever happens, happens for the good. Whatever is happening, is happening for the good. Whatever will happen, will also happen for the good

In Bhagavad Gita, Shri Krishna taught us that everything happens for a good reason or a good cause. Even if we’re going through a bad phase, it has something to do with the good that’s going to come soon. Therefore, it is best to stop crying over useless and disheartening things, rather have control on the emotion and move on.

Lesson 3: Control your lust, anger and greed

krodhād bhavati sammohaḥ sammohāt smṛiti-vibhramaḥ
smṛiti-bhranśhād buddhi-nāśho buddhi-nāśhāt praṇaśhyati
