Return Policy

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.We only accept return in case of damage or different (Not as mentioned in description/Details). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Any purchase that follows our size chart /Description / Details mentioned is not allowed to return. Deduction of return charges are per the amount shared in table at the bottom of this page.

*For international, We do not initiate any return from our side , Customer can send the products to us and we will provide the coupon or refund after receiving and verifying the products. 

*There are pincodes where return facility is not available. Customer has to send the parcel to our address.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, A coupon of the calculated amount after (After deduction) will be provided to you for further purchase. Only in exceptional case (Allowed by our team), we will initiate a refund to your credit card / Paytm (or original method of payment) etc.. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchange Policy:

We do not exchange the item, we will give you the coupon of the calculated amount after (After deduction) to be used for further purchase.

Return Pickup:

   In case on return pickup, If not picked in 2 attempts (As per courier) we will cancel the return pickup and will close the return request. we will not consider the same request again.

Cancellation:

You can raise a cancellation request by Email (support@mykanha.com) or on Whatsapp (8979975712) with in 12 hour after placing order. Once shipped order cannot be cancelled.

*Some Products on which returns are not allowed, have mentioned Not returnable in Description or in More Information section.

*Shipping charges are not refundable in both the cases. In case of "Free shipping" Order, Return shipping charges will be deducted according to below given calculation:

*Additional : 60 Rs in case of COD.
